Our “mission homes” are old homes repaired and renovated in preparation for quality renting and homeownership. Mission Home partnerships are developed by collaborating with other nonprofits, local churches and faith-based social service agencies, Louisville Metro government and other organizations focused on housing and people development. 

In 2019, Promise Housing Plus completed the first mission home. This home was rented by a family from the Westend of Louisville and after being renters for one year, this family became homeowners. Since 2019, we have been fortunate enough to complete three unique homes in the past three years. These homes started out as rental homes for individuals and families. We have also worked on countless homes in our community to help homeowners remodel their homes. All of these efforts continue to impact lives one job at a time, one home at a time.
